Do I Have To?

Must We Go Green? Today I Saw What Is Essiantialy A Duracell Battery On Wheels. The Prius. Then Right Behind I Saw A New Mercedes Smart Car. It Was A Group Of Hybrid Shriners. I Began Thinking To Myself. Why Must We Go Green This Way?  There Are Plenty Of Honda, Nissan, Ford, Chevy, and Just About OtherModel Available That Are Perfectly Normal Looking, That May Not Get The Exact Milage Of A Prius, But None The Less Efficient. Which Led Me To Think, That The Prius Is Nothnig More Than A Status Symbol.
I See Movie Stars And Others Driving These Things And Saying "I Just Want To Give Back To The Enviorment". Oh, The One Enviorment Your Giving Back To, Is Then Being Destroyed When You Drive Your Prius To The Private Airstrip You Own And Take Off In A Private, Custom, Gulfstream That Sucks Up More Gas Than Any Hummer Does In A Year.

And To Those Of You That Are Reading That Own A Prius, Im Not Trying To Insult You In Any Way, Shape, Or Form. Im Just Stating My Observation.

Dude, I see you're onlt 17 so I'll let you in on a secret about owning a car. The empty tank light always goes on when you're late for work, class, obligatory dinner with your parents or during the mad dash to the grocery store for desperately need toliet paper. If I could eliminate one of those empty tank lights a month I'd...well I'd probably watch Morning Joe for five more minutes before I leave for work and still rock up to work late.
